What a fantastic hotel. Although it’s in a busy area the double glazing means that you don’t hear much of the outside. Room was spacious enough. I had a double and the shower was excellent. Staff could not have been more helpful, they were fabulous. Would definitely stay here again, around £10 for breakfast and a huge buffet to pick from with European and British food. I forgot my phone charger and they gave me a free charger for the week. Walking distance to train, and they helped me get to the airport easier. Multi languages spoken.

Great location! Very close to major shopping area and dotonbori. There were a lot of food options nearby. The hotel was very convenient, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. My favorite thing was that you didn’t have to click a button getting on the elevator since it would just detect it from your key. They also had reusable water bottles you could borrow at the front desk with a free refill station as well. Very convenient and eco friendly.

I loved how organized this hotel was. The staff was very kind and so respectful. Adding the pins to show the languages is they spoke was a nice touch. Also grouping the same languages by floor and supporting staff is genius. This location was close to everything. Most things were walking distance.

What a convenient location, near Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori and a stone's throw from shopping streets, great food, and transport options. Staff were helpful, multilingual, and polite. The room is large by Osaka/Japan standards and we appreciated that greatly! Despite being near restaurants and night life, the rooms remained very quiet.

really loved the location - super close to family mart and 7/11 but short walk to train station. beds were very comfortable and the shower is incredible here. bathroom is small but good - even with renovations going on the staff were lovely and attentive and were very nice. i would absolutely stay here again.
