Check-in was horrible. Elevator access terrible. Long waits for both. Expensive extra charge to use the pool. Limited to one hour. Don't go during the weekend when busy.

This was a beautiful hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Easy access to the main Osaka train station, about a 5 min walk. Lots of dining options. This is a strange thing, but they had lots of hooks in the room and bathroom. I’ve been to many hotels w/o hooks, and there’s nowhere to hang things!! I would recommend this hotel

This hotel is conveniently located in an area with multiple transportation options, shopping centers, and restaurants. The breakfast on-site is an excellent way to start the day and is a fantastic value for the money. There is also a 24-hour Lawson on site which is convenient. The only downside is that there are a lot of floors and people and not enough elevators available, and stairs are not an option. Bank on an elevator wait of 5-10 minutes if leaving the hotel around check-out time.

This hotel is very clean and is close to shopping and dinning places. Just be aware of the room size, these rooms were very small. I believe this a Business style hotel. These room rooms are meant for sleeping and not for hanging out in. We rented 2 double bed rooms for 4 people, thinking we would have 2 rooms with 2 single beds in each. It turned out the rooms had a single bed the size of an American full size mattress. It took up most of the space in room, and it kinda felt like a jail cell. But the rooms were very cheap and clean. I wouldn’t pay more than $100 US for these room.

Hotel is situated near a street that are vibrant with restaurants and bars at night and was quiet despite that. Walkable to Osaka Station with all connecting trains. Near shopping areas. Clean, tidy and the staffs are great! Laundry, onsen and a convenient store all in the hotel! Highly recommended and will return!

Only a couple of streets away from a lively eating area, this hotel was in a great location. There was a subway entrance at the end of the street and it was walking distance to the department stores around Umeda. The room was clean and a decent size. The hotel has a convenience store within it, which was fantastic. There is a rooftop pool, but access to it is quite costly - this would be my only drawback (I'm being picky as it would have been nice to access this facility but not at the cost of around $80 for our family of 4 per hour). Overall, clean and well located, but still quiet.

The hotel has restaurants, bars, a convenience store and onsen onsite so you can stay there all the time if you really want but it is in close proximity of hundreds and restaurants and bars and a big train station to get you anywhere you need to go to
