The hotel is rather far from Osaka station but the most annoying part was when we asked them to call us a taxi, they said the number was on our tv & told us to call them ourselves. Firstly, our American numbers doesn’t work sometimes on a Japanese number or it’s a language barrier between us & secondly, the point of booking a hotel was to have accommodations & they couldn’t even call a taxi for us but at a local Kyoto ryokan, she went out of her way to call three different taxi companies for us. They also made us fill out the luggage form when it was all in Japanese, they’re supposed to fill it out for us just like the last other three hotels, this was probably one of the most useless hotels ever. Save the money & just book somewhere else.

The room had a very comfortable bed, with a great bathtub to relax in. Very close to Osaka Station and various shopping and restaurants. Check-in was easy. Overall, we had a great stay.

This hotel is large and checkin is on machines, so it is difficult to ask questions. Limited interaction with staff. Elevators really busy at checkout time. Room was clean and basic but good for a short stay and convenient to the metro and train station.

The room was quite tight, but it was clean and okay for one night and one person. The hotel was close to many dining options and stores, which was nice. It’s a good hotel if you plan to spend a be whole day out, but it’s not big enough rooms to have a relaxing time in the room.
