We stayed four nights here and found it to be very convenient (walkable and near stations). There was a convenience store just below the hotel as well as plenty of dining options, including UberEats for supper. We loved the vibe of the hotel as felt it took us back in time. Rooms were clean and staff very helpful and friendly. We were also pleasantly surprised the hotel offered contactless check-in - this was done via email where we shared our passport details ahead of our arrival before being presented a QR code for check-in.

The hotel is located right at the middle of Namba area and within short walking distance to Dotomburi and Kuromon. Facilities wise, the hotel rooms are a bit dated but kept clean.

I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone. The bathroom has moldy grout, the hallways smell strongly of cigarette smoke, and it was difficult to get sheets for the foldout bed.

Great location!!! Centre of Namba Osaka Its nearby from everywhere!!!! Rooms and facilities are little outdated but the service and the location overcomes it. Highly recommended

Hard to find as it is the middle of a warren of pedestrian arcades. Once there very happy. Local area vibrant and colourful with excellent restaurants. Lunch at local fish fast food restaurant delicious. there was a chance to eat a fish caught oneself in the restaurant pools. Dinner on the first floor (=ground) restaurant excellent as was breakfast ont the 2nd floor. Shall return!

The staff were friendly and spoke English as well which made checkin easy, everything was very clean and neat, only thing that wasnt up to par was the ac so the room stayed around 23-24 degrees
