Staff are very nice, and the hotel is clear. Great location in Namba Osaka area, very close to market place & subway within walking distance, tasting variety of Japanese food options around, shopping & entertainment near by, and travelling within Osaka area including Osaka Castle, (or Kyoto). All you need to studying the subway line, how to access and travel between the hotel and the designation. Happy, enjoy, nice place, convenience. Will come back!

Room was for family of 4, but only had 3 single beds. Carpet needs replacing, looks dirty... Got a free pass for some drinks & snacks at function room, but smelled really bad so we didn't use it. Hotel is in a great location, lots of options for food, drinks, shopping & sight seeing in the area. Has potential, but needs a bit of a do up.

The hotel is at a great location. Room is ok size in japanese standard. They clean the room upon request and provide new towels and re supply water and toothbrushes, slippers. We’ll definitely stay here again.

This property is very dated and need to greatly upgraded. In addition, please move away from the culture of allowing smoking in the room. It is horrible way to service all clients.

This hotel is old and dated. Carpet is dirty and one of the room has cigarette smell. One of the elevators, the last one has dirty stained carpet with smell of Urine. The price is expensive for an old and dated hotel. I paid for Bellagio and I get Circus Circus. The buffet was at most adequate but you can get better food around there. The only positive is that it is very close to the Dontuburi and the subway. I would never stay at this hotel again!

Had a spacious twin room, there was a decent sized living area with a sofa. Check-in staff was friendly although I found filling in the tablet with details a little long winded. There was also a great locker section where you could lock away bags and store luggage when checking out. The hotel has a nice art deco theme, however the room could do with refreshing as its dated and worn out. Although I booked a non-smoking room I think perhaps it used to be a smoking room as I could clearly smell smoke particularly around the bed area.
