"Very clean hotel and rooms. Staff are responsive and friendly. Would have rated this 5 star across the board except for a couple of things: on one housekeeping service, they failed to replenish toilet paper so I had to intercept a housekeeper in the hallway; second thing is that some of the rooms need touching up on things like peeling wallpaper. "

"Ce n'est pas la première fois que je réserve à cet hôtel mais malheureusement je trouve qu'il manque d'amour. Un bon ménage à la ventilation dans les chambres et dans la section piscine les fans au plafond sont dû pour un bon nettoyage et la peinture se décolle a quelques endroits et l'eau du spa beaucoup trop chaude et les jets ne marchent pas jai voulu en parler à la réception mais jamais personne...ça serait dommage de laisser cette belle hotel se détériorer. Mais le personnel très gentils "

"Attentive and helpful staff; conscientious and thorough house-keeping staff, fine facilities, including some recent renovations. Our room had a street view, and the pub across the street did have loud-ish music that we were mostly able to mask with a white noise app. Our meals in the local restaurants ranged from good to excellent. It's high tourist season, and we probably wouldn't go again this time of year - but we are thinking about November "
