"Room was very good. The view was also very good. Cleaning service was very good. Elevator service was poor. We had to wait in line for several minutes just to take the elevator. This was both directions up and down. Off street parking was difficult to find."

"Very unique property! The location can't be beat - quick walk to all attractions in Upper and Lower city, steps to Rue Ste. Jean with great shops and eateries. Parking wasn't the best, the underground parking was dark and very tight and it was more than one set of elevators to get up to your room. The room we had was large and beautiful with a bedroom and living room (with a murphy bed) and had a large bathroom and small "kitchen" area. The balcony overlooking the pool was a novelty, but we did sit out often during our stay, which was enjoyable."

"The location of the hotel is good. Lots of restaurants near by. Easy walk to Chateau Frontenac and old town. Rooms are on the smaller side. No water in the rooms and no kettle or iron provided."
