"We had a lovely 3-night stay for my husbands birthday. We were unhappy with our assigned room (required two separate elevators and was very dark with small windows) and they graciously accommodated a room change and a complementary split of champagne! (I had mentioned my husband’s birthday.). Service was excellent throughout the weekend and our room was lovely. Merci!"

"Monsieur Jean is centrally located in Old Quebec. It’s 5 minutes to Notre-Dame de Québec Basilica-Cathedral, 10 minutes from Chateau Frontenac, and steps away from Rue St. Paul which has several shops and restaurants. The hotel is beautiful and whimsical. The story machine by the heart in the lobby will provide you with a short story anytime of the day. Don’t forget to find the jewel or bijou in your room for a surprise in the hotel restaurant! The rooms are uniquely charming , extremely clean and beautiful. The staff were very kind and helpful. "

"Lovely boutique hotel very central to the centre. All walkable with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Rooms were spacious, beds comfortable. Would recommend thiw hotel if you are staying in Quebec City. We arrived by train as part of a multi city tour. Hotel is about 15min walk away but as we had luggage we took an Uber 5mins away. "
