"We have stayed here several times. There is a nice big park across the street and the location for getting around is good. But this location is bad because there are a few restaurants, drugstores, etc. I always forget you must bring a three-way plug because the only available outlet is in the bathroom and if you want to charge several phones, it’s a problem. Also, you have to unplug the television if you want to plug in the refrigerator so the electrical outlet situation is horrible. Also, the free Internet here does not function very well."

"The receptionist not very nice, they didn’t treat me they way my mom and myself should , but topical Brazilians. When someone else is well dress , they pay more attention. Good was great and the servers amazing. The door man super nice and very helpful with my mom. I took her to Para to the Mercado ver o peso, for her 80 th birthday. It was great. Room service was fantastic but the room wasn’t clean . The bathroom at the lobby was very clean. I would go back. "

"Nice, historic hotel by the Botanical Gardens. Only complaint is that it would be nice to have some more vegetables available with meals. Lots of fish options but hard to get a simple fresh salad that doesn’t have lettuce. Big rooms, nice staff lovely outdoor dining "
