It’s one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. The hotel is absolutely cute, the staffs are extremely friends and attentive. The views are spectacular and the food is delicious whatever you decide to order.

We enjoyed this place so much we had to be back after one week! Minor power interruption due to weather, this forced us to change dinner plans elsewhere and dine in the hotels restaurant. What a wonderful thing! So glad we now know they also have great food right there, no need to drive.

Uma das melhores hospedagens que já tive. Mais do que um hotel, é uma experiência completa em Ilhabela. O atendimento é impecável, sempre atencioso e prestativo, fazendo com que o hóspede praticamente não precise se preocupar com nada durante a estadia. As instalações são excelentes, muito bem cuidadas, e a localização está entre as melhores da ilha. Um grande diferencial é o deck com acesso direto ao mar, que proporciona momentos incríveis. A suíte que escolhi era ampla, confortável, muito limpa e organizada, com varanda e uma linda vista para o mar. O café da manhã merece destaque especial: extremamente variado, com produtos frescos e de excelente qualidade. O serviço de bar e restaurante também é muito bom. Embora os preços sejam um pouco mais altos e as porções menos generosas do que as encontradas em alguns estabelecimentos da cidade, a qualidade e a experiência compensam plenamente. Outro ponto positivo é a atenção aos detalhes, como a disponibilização de toalhas para os hóspedes utilizarem até mesmo na praia. Sem dúvida, uma hospedagem que superou minhas expectativas e que recomendo a quem busca conforto, qualidade e uma experiência diferenciada em Ilhabela.

O hotel é charmoso e exatamente igual as fotos. A localização é ótima e a estrutura excelente. Os funcionários são simpáticos e eficientes. A comida e drinks muito bons. Estão inclusos nas diárias o uso de snorkel, caiaques e stand up paddle, só consultar. Possui muitas escadas devido a localização e estrutura, o que para nós não foi um problema, porém não indico para idosos e pessoas com mobilidades reduzidas. Perfeitos para casais e famílias. Gostamos muito do hotel e pretendemos voltar!

Nossa estadia no Hotel foi excelente. Desde a chegada, tudo superou as expectativas. Os quartos são extremamente confortáveis, além da vista incrivel que tinha nossa suite Baepi, contam com uma limpeza impecável (um cuidado que faz toda a diferença e transmite muito zelo com os hóspedes). A estrutura do hotel é encantadora e proporciona uma experiência muito agradável, em todos ambientes. Outro grande destaque é a equipe: todos os funcionários são atenciosos, educados e sempre prontos para ajudar. Gostaria de fazer um agradecimento especial ao Armando, à Nágila e ao Victor, que foram excepcionais em todos os momentos, demonstrando profissionalismo e simpatia. Fica a dica de adquirir o pacote de massagem com a Giovânia, que além de super simpática é excelente profissional.
