The property was extremely tired and run down and did not reflect how it was advertised on the Expedia website. We paid extra for a spa bath which when we turned it on, filled the room with the smell of sewage- we obviously therefore did not use it! Our room smelled damp and there was evidence of mould on the ceiling in our room and in communual areas. The furniture was battered and broken and the shower rusty.

A lovely place to stay in Ilhabela
I traveled with a couple and their 2 young children. We found the hotel to be perfect for our needs. The location was ideal - a beautiful view and we never needed our car when we were there - great beaches are across the street and several good/very good restaurants and shopping are easily walk-able; the hotel's food was also very good; the pool is very nice with food and drink right there; the hotel helped us to find a great jeep tour to the beach on the other side of island that at a fair price (he turned one down that he thought was too expensive); the service at the hotel was friendly and attentive. My only complaint was that we could easily hear the people next door through the ducts but part of that issue was a very, very loud family whose teenage children and mother yelled everything but since it only really bothered me while sleeping and it was late on our last evening, I didn't say anything to the front desk - they may have been able to change the situation. I would stay here again without hesitation and truly hope that I have the opportunity to return someday.

A minha estadia não foi nada boa. Ficamos no quarto mais caro do hotel. Era meu aniversário. 1o dia ar condicionado quebrado. Detalhe: na suíte do quarto mais caro um ar condicionado Velho todo amarelado de tão velho e quebrado. 2o dia trocaram o ar. 2o e 3o dia faltou água quente no quarto. Disseram que foi problema na bomba de água. Quando chegamos no 1o dia, banheiro que possui banheira de hidro estava com cheiro de mofo. O hotel precisa urgente de reforma. Os funcionários são prestativos. Educados. Gentis. Fizeram de tudo para nos ajudar. Não são os culpados. Mas as instalações do quarto principal do hotel são péssimas. Estão Velha. O café da manhã é bem mediano para o valor da diária. O hotel parece mal cuidado. Ou seja, tivemos uma experiência bem ruim e nada foi feito pelo hotel para ressarcir isso. Outro detalhe. Minha filha de 9 anos dormindo teve uma lagartixa caindo no rosto dela. Ela acordou gritando e não conseguiu dormir mais. Lagartixa no quarto era todo dia. Esse caiu no rosto dela. É preciso que o hotel tenha mais cuidado. Nos sentimos enganados e lesados.
