Bar area and reception could do with being a bit more inviting, no where to sit when arriving or departing, but really good location, lovely staff & clean and tidy , breakfast was nice too.

Lovely stay at striking and spotless hotel.
All reception staff were extremely pleasant and very helpful.
Bedroom and bathroom were very well maintained and well stocked, including a generous complimentary mini bar.
Breakfast choices seemed limited (plenty of egg dishes!) but the staff seemed happy to accommodate most requests for alternatives if not appearing on the menu as desired.
Hard to fault anything and the location couldn’t have been more convenient to local cultural attractions and main shopping areas.
Would absolutely recommend The Leo Grand and would be more than happy to return

Honestly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed. The staff really made my stay special, especially it being my birthday. The room was gorgeous and clean. Everything I needed, the staff provided, they were so friendly and really wanted to help. I cannot fault this hotel and will definitely be back!
