Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet was bountiful and tasty. In heart of town so dining, shopping, and tour meeting spots all with in a 7 minute walk. Easy to get taxis if you want to eat at one of the high-end hotels on the outskirts of town. 15 min walk to icefjords, excellent hiking, sled dog area, and ice fjord museum.

Room is small and really expensive. Like the included breakfast, especially the local delicacy section.

This hotel has a good location and rooftop terrace for both seeing the northern lights (at the right time of year) and looking out over Disko bay. The room was large, clean and had a modern shower. Oddly there are no rooms in this hotel which come with a double bed, and the two single beds provided are comfortable but very narrow (90cm). You can push the beds together (we noticed when walking past rooms others have done the same) which should be sending a message to the hotel that bed configurations need to be changed. Breakfast was excellent however we did not eat here in the evening as none of the meals on offer where vegetarian.

I stayed at this hotel for 10 days due to the fact that my flight was cancelled and we were stuck for an additional 5 days waiting for the next available flight. I ended up having 3 different rooms because it was booked up and I kept having to extend. The first room was subpar. It was tiny, stuffy, and looked out over the entrance to the lobby. I heard every shuttle drop off passengers. I had to open the window because it was too warm and then had to shut it again because the mosquitoes came in. I never could get comfortable there. The second room on the fourth floor was lovely. It was an executive room and almost twice the size of my first room. It overlooked the water. My third room was nice, too; not as nice as the second, but almost as nice. It overlooked the water and was a good size. Ask for an executive room overlooking the water. The breakfast is expansive, and the food in the restaurant is good for lunch and dinner. The service is mediocre, but that seems the norm for this town. Some of the desk clerks are nicer than others, but generally acceptable. The workout room is very small with a decent array of weights and a good treadmill; but I can't imagine more than one person can work out at one time. The location of the hotel is the best; it's in the center of everything.

Lovely hotel with the most fantastic views ever, both from the room and from the restaurant. Fast WiFi and a free shuttle to the airport. Hope to stay again.

Fantastisk utsikt fra rommet, og meget hyggelig personalet. Godt renhold. Kan forbedre seg på middagsmat og service på restaurangen; reinsdyrskjøttet var meget dårlig tekstur på ( er meget godt vant å spise reinkjøtt), og dertil ingen beklagelse eller forslag på kompensasjon.

Da jeg ankom til hotellet var mit kort klar - fin service, men da jeg kom op på værelset manglede der håndklæder og poser til skraldspanden ude på badeværelset. Der var også støvet på badeværelset. Det så ikke ud til at være blevet rengjort ordentligt.

Fantastisk ophold
Hotel Ilulissat er meget renlig, det har elevator, fitnessrum, børne legerum og en tag restaurant med udsigt til havet med isbjerge. Vi blev hentet med hotellets bus på lufthavnen da vi ankom, og kørt til lufthavnen 1 1/2 time før afrejse.

Hotel Ilulissat Ophold
Hotellet var ganske fint. Dog stod det næsten nyt og havde stadig håndværkere. Synes der mangler et lille køleskab på værlset. Så kunne det være rart med en telefon til receptionen da alle nok ikke vil ringe til et udlands nummer for at fange receptionen. Badeværlset synes jeg også manglede et opvarmet håndklæde holder. Tag restauranten havde heller ikke åbent for andet end morgenmad lige pt.
