"The room was spacious and we had a beautiful view of the water. The hotel was bright and comfortable throughout, providing a great feeling just moving through it. The staff were very friendly and we had everything we needed for a restful stay. The location couldn't be beat - just across from the station, yet super quiet."

"Our experience pre and during our stay was excellent. From booking our luggage and bike package to delivering our bikes, and helping us to organise dinner options, taxis, and change of last minute cycle plans when the weather turned inclement, it was all handled professionally and we felt very well looked after. To say that the staff are helpful, friendly and efficient is an understatement. They made our stay here memorable. The accommodation was well designed with great views across the water. Nice touch that they provide pyjamas, indoor and outdoor slippers and washing machine and drier facilities. Would definitely recommend."

"The reception is on the second floor and we missed it initially as we were looking for ground floor reception counter. Once arrived at the reception, we were immediately greeted by friendly patient staff who arranged for luggage storage to allow us to start exploring the city. The amenities were available near the reception area, as guests can just collect ones that they need. The rooms we had were spacious, spotless clean and very homely. The bathroom and toilet are separate and allow 2 people to use at the same time. They were also very well kept. The location is extremely convenient as it’s almost diagonally across the road from Okaido Shopping Street, where my family has a great time bargain hunting. When our bags are full, we just went back to leave the stuff, had a rest then continued shopping as it’s so near. There are also quite a number of eating places around the area. Checking out is also very easy and was done within 5 minutes. The staff also help us call to book taxi to travel to JR station where we continue our journey. We booked it more than 6 months before our trip and we got a real good price for the stay. Definitely highly recommended for travellers who seek comfortable and convenience!"
