"A bit dirty in the room. Some weird brown stains on the kitchen wall and quite a bit of dust. In spite of that we enjoyed our stay here. This is our second stay at this hotel and we plan to return. It’s a very bright apartment like room with an excellent view. Very relaxing place to stay and close to everything. You can even walk 15 minutes to Hakata Station. "

"We stayed in the triple bed room and it was spacious and comfortable.
The check in process was a bit tedious as we were not provided the information needed, ahead of time. There is no front desk or staff present, we had to call an operator for the information. Otherwise, check in wasn’t too bad.
Each person had an amenity kit and pair of slippers waiting. The toilet and shower were in separate spaces. The surrounding area is very quiet but not unsafe. Approx 15 minute walk from subway or 5...

"Staff were very helpful, thankfully they let us into the room a couple of hours early. Quiet room, free wine drinks in the late afternoon. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go from the hotel. We would recommend this hotel."
"Room was clean except the carpets are due for shampooing. The staff was excellent - they even went out of their way to secure a doctor appt for me! Can't say enough good things about front desk personnel!!!"
