"The people were wonderful. Tte facilities were horrible. We didn't even ask for a refund. We just left after less than an hour to find a more comfortable place to sleep. Oyo 912 FB Suites was: Dirty: everything about it was dirty. The stairwells were dirty. The front desk was dirty. The rooms were dirty. The bathroom was disgustingly dirty. Noisy (Karaoke & highway) I requested a room with no windows and I could still clearly hear the karaoke and the highway. I asked how late the karaoke lasts. The answer is 1:00am on a Wednesday. Smelly: the rooms stunk like sewage coming from the bathroom drains. Our room did not have a toilet seat. They told us most of the rooms don't have a toilet seat. Eventually they relocated us to the only room available with a toilet seat. The new room had roaches. That was the reason we finally left. There were roaches in the bedding. The doors to the rooms don't have quality locks. They would be easy even for a non-criminal to bypass. Due to the heat the staff had the fire exit doors open allowing any stranger with the intention of malice easy access to each room. This was my first trip to Cagayan. I was not familiar with the area. This hotel is located on the very edge of town 30 minutes away from anything. Add 500 pesos to your budget and multiply it by 2 because that's how much you're going to have to pay a taxi to take you to the location and then pick you up and take you back into town."
