"Pros: • The villa is very clean and spacious. The view from the windows is beautiful — you can even see the snowy mountains. • The staff is kind and helpful. Cons: • A smartphone is provided for communication with the staff, but we didn’t receive a response when we sent a question at night. • The latest check-in time is 10:00 PM, which is not very traveler-friendly. That said, the staff did agree to wait for us when we called to ask about checking in at 10:30 PM."

The highlight of my stay was definitely the hot spring. The onsen was well-maintained, with crystal-clear, soothing water at the perfect temperature. The serene setting made it the ideal place to unwind after a long day. There were both indoor and outdoor options, allowing me to enjoy the peaceful surroundings while soaking in the warm, mineral-rich water. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious, offering a variety of fresh and well-prepared dishes. The overall service was top-notch, and every staff member I encountered was polite and eager to help. Older property but well maintained and room has all the amenities you’ll need (tea, kettle, mini-fridge, slippers, toothbrush + paste, comb, q-tips, etc.). Check in lady was great & explained everything. Hotel also provides printouts explaining things in english."
