"The hotel was amazing. We were lucky enough to have our room upgraded to a suite which was unbelieveable. The bed was really comfortable and everywhere was very clean and smelt lovely. "This is our second time visiting Mallorca, Spain. This property was exceptional. It was relatively close to Palma and all of the most beautiful and scenic towns on the island. There was daily housekeeping. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. They were even able to accommodate my food allergies. I even gave the staff a hug on the last day as they were superb! We traveled with our 2 daughters ages 7 and 9. We highly recommend this property!"

"The overall experience was good. We liked the pool bar and the free entrance to the spa - although the spa could use some extra love and care. The breakfast was diverse and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location close to the airport, the public beach and lots of restaurants nearby. One issue was that there were not enough sunbeds and people reserved them by placing towels and leaving them unattended for hours. Sure one could tell the staff about the issue and they would remove the towels but we feel too conflict-avoidant to ask for that. The overall cleaning in the spa and pool area could be improved. Especially in the spa you could find hair on the floor and in the sauna. We also found a few ants crawling on the floor of the room despite our room being on the second floor. It was a good stay for most parts but not great value for the money that we paid."
