Inspire is lovely, Ocean tower is extra convenient access if you are staying for concerts at the arena. Plus, somewhere nice to wait around before your quick drive to incheon airport to catch your flight home, too!

Super nice stay after over 15 hours of flying. We stayed one night upon arriving to Seoul and it was well worth it. Super quick taxi ride to the hotel and it had lots of food options. The room was very comfortable.

Rooms are really nice, spacious and clean. Staff and service a bit lacking for foreigners. Doesn’t communicate well or efficiently. Also hotel is massive so using elevator to access room during checkout (11am) and checkin (4:00pm) is painfully slow slow slow. Waited 20 minutes the first time since we were new to this resort.

We only stayed here for one night before our flight out of incheon but wish we had stayed longer. The hotel is beautiful and rooms are luxurious. We stayed in a business twin room with two queens and were so impressed. The amenities within the hotel and all the extras in place make this more than a hotel; rather an experience. Highly recommend.

Amazing hotel.

If i go to the hotel, i can go to a restaurant, you can go to a café, i can go shopping because there is a clothes shop, and many shop. They has convenience store games, entertainment. Best with Olive Young. Breakfast is a lot of food! The rooms are good and the beds are comfortable mats to sleep on. I would like to stay in the hotel moreover.

The property was fantastic in quality, cleanliness and entertainment/food options. It's near the airport so convenient for those laying over as well. The check-in service was not welcoming nor helpful. I was coming from the port and my cruise ship had been delayed for one day due to foggy weather in port. It was also my birthday and I had requested services at spa in advance however, there was no acknowledgement. Very disappointing.

We were expecting a lot from this property but it failed to deliver. Everything shuts around 9pm by 10pm it’s a ghost town. There’s little to do unless you want to spend hours at the casino or play golf. The indoor pool was cool and you had to register to use the pool and you get a time slot of 1hr and 40 mins. lounges only open Thursday to Saturday. There’s lots of entertainment for kids and teenagers not for adults. There was no music and it was too far to go anywhere. The shuttle bus to the airport starts at 8am so we had to catch a taxi because we were leaving at 7am. We spent a lot of time in our room with little English shows as there was nothing to do. It was our worst stay in South Korea.
