The manager of the hotel is very responsive. The room is family friendly. It would be nicer to have some bath towels and simple utensils. Thank you!

김포공항에서 새벽 출발인데, 이런 실수를 ~ㅋ 인천공항 앞에 숙소를 잡았네요 ㅠㅜ 숙소직원분이 새벽리무진 버스 타는법을 잘 안내해주어서 어렵지 않게 찾아갔습니다 . 깔끔한 시설, 친절한 응대 등 여러가지면에서 가격이상 누린것 같습니다!!

パラダイスシティでのカジノ旅には最適な宿の一つ。パラダイスシティまでは徒歩で5分程度、周辺にはコンビニも多く、部屋は広く、キッチンや洗濯機、大型冷蔵庫に加え、アメニティも一通りあり。ドライヤーからの風が臭かったのと、バスタオルがあればよりよかった。

6連泊したが、清掃に一回も入らない。ゴミ袋を持っていたので良かったが、ゴミの処理が解らなかった。電子レンジ、ポットはある。ガスは使えない。トイレはウォシュレットではない。ゆっくり過ごしたい方、連泊時は朝は昼過ぎまで寝ていられる。カジノまで徒歩で１０分位でいけるので便利。カジノで朝帰りしてもゆっくりできるのは良かった。また機会があれば利用したい。日本語の案内もあると助かります。

룸 컨디션은 보통 수준였으나 아침 공항 기위해 나섰으나 엘리베이터가 고장나11층서 짐 2개을를 비상계단으로 가지고 내려왔고 1층은 누수로 전체가 물바다가 된 상태였던 정말 최악의 아침였습니다!

Not a Hotel Experience

This is more of an AirBnB. It is an apartment in a building near ICN, with no front desk or traditional check-in process, and definitely not a hotel. While the owner was helpful with transportation questions and the room was adequate, the bedding and mattress are old and worn, and there was hair in the bathroom on the floor and toilet.

少し残念

　ルームアクセスコードが宿泊当日PM2:00に送られてくるとの案内でしたが、実際はPM15:00過ぎに送られてきました。フロントサービスがないとのことで受信するまでの間不安を覚えました。　4泊目からトイレ・シャワールームから異臭が漂hってきた点が残念でした。　以上の2点を除けば電子レンジ、ケトル、洗濯機もあり室内で食事、洗濯もでき大変快適に過ごせました。ありがとうございます。
