"Room air conditioner is placed terribly. It always blows cold air right on ur bed n there is no way to control this. If you switch it off room is hot n humid. We never got a house keeping staying there for 3 nights. When asked they said we need to request for house keeping in the morning itself, which was never told to us during checkin or neither written anywhere. We had our upstair neighbors partying with loud music till late midnight n the walking n moving furniture sounds are for us to enjoy in the downstairs.overall it was a bad experience staying here. They also charge you a $21 parking fees which you ll get to know while checking in."

"Breakfast was good and reliable. Hotel staff were all kind and welcoming. Housekeeping needs improvement. Upon check-in there was a used towel hanging on the back of the door in the bathroom and sand on the floor of the room. On the second day, someone came in and made the bed and took the used towels away, however there were no towels replaced. That night I went down to the front desk to get towels. Upon showering, I realized the body wash was empty, so the next day I left the front desk know. Upon returning to the room on the third day, the bed wasn’t made, but there were towels replaced. The housekeeping staff had also placed shower gel in the dispenser at the sink and hand soap in the shower. The staff working the breakfast area were amazing everyday and worked hard to make sure everything was stocked."

"Hampton Hotels gave me very good impression in the past, but this one made me very disappointed. To my surprise, the bathroom only includes one sink and doesn’t have any counter to put cups, soak and other items. I had to flush two times to clean the toilet. I woke up at midnight by click-click noise like a theft trying to open the door and later on I figured it came from the refrigerator starting. I had to turn it off the next night. The breakfast includes a few options but some foods are salty. Nobody came to room to take away the garbage. Not everything was negative, The staff in this hotel were nice and the location is close to the seaside."

"Everything was great until I pulled back the covers to get in the king size bed and found it was full of sand and very small dark curly hairs. Since I didn’t want to cause a fuss at 1 am with the security guard, who was the only staff available from 7 - 7, I pulled all the bedding off and slept in one of the twin beds instead. Definitely a one and done at the Atlantic Beach Resort for me. I would ask for a refund if I thought they would issue one."
