Best Western Plus Arroyo Roble Hotel & Creekside Villas

"The location is great for walking around Sedona and the pool is nice and a perfectly adequate breakfast is available. We have stayed here before a few years ago. The parking charge is now $25 a day which is excessive and sadly the decor in the rooms is very dated now and the air con is very noisy. We, and other guests, had issues with scam calls coming directly through to our rooms from people claiming to be reception staff asking for credit card details. I queried this with hotel staff who could not explain how an outside caller could ring directly to guest's rooms and ask for money. This suggests their phone system is not secure. So overall our stay was ok with a 'could have been better' outcome. Unless some updates are made we won't go back there."

She was incredibly kind, understanding, and helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. She upgraded us to a beautiful suite, which was such a thoughtful gesture and really made a difference."

"Elizabeth was awesome getting us checked in. My husband and We absolutely loved the private room. We love waking up to the sounds of nature in the creek. Our stay was very quiet and peaceful. Our massages were wonderful as well. We will definitely be a returning customer!"
