"The report was quiet, clean, and updated. The only issues encountered was that the USB and electrical outlets on the nightstand did not work. We did get the ones on the alarm clock to work after we pulled out the night stand and plugged it in, but the other outlets did not work. The refrigerator was also defrosting and leaked throughout our stay. We did not request housekeeping as that is our preference. The only thing that could have been kept nicer/cleaner was the balcony and balcony furniture. We enjoyed a couples massage at the spa. It was amazing and the steam room was awesome!! Unfortunately, the weather was windy and a little too cool for us to enjoy the outdoor spaces very much. We did enjoy some drinks and appetizers from the on-site restaurant and everything was wonderful! We would visit again."

The ladies at the front desk were more than helpful. We struggled a little with the thermostats, there were 3 different ones. Also didn't realize that the on-site restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays."

It was the perfect place to relax, unwind, and soak in all the beauty Sedona has to offer. It’s rare to find a place that leaves such a lasting impression, but this one certainly did.
