"The property was nice and in a great location for walking. The surrounding area was a little run down… The point of contact by the name of Jim was rude but we didn’t have any use for him after we arrived at the location. On Expedia, it states that tenants will receive an email with the code to the door at the 24 hour mark. We did not receive the code until two hours before our arrival. "The view and location was very good. The condition of the property left a lot to be desired. Main floor balcony door would not open and after maintenance sprayed with WD40 it opened but was still VERY hard to move so balcony was unusable. Second floor balcony blinds would not work so remained down and in the way of getting out the door. There was no way to tie them up to see the view or use the balcony.
