Everything was great. Hotel is big, clean, nice area around, close to the train station and the city center. Very friendly and welcoming staff at the front office, in the restaurants. Room is clean, spacios. The best SPA area. Amazing sauna, love the snow/ice bowl there to refresh after hot sauna. Lounge area is good, plus you can make tea, get some water. I would reccomend it for sure

The hotel is in a great location, close to restaurant, shops and all of the sights. Rooms are clean and a good size, with relatively comfortable beds. We were only in Zurich for one evening before flying home and this was a great hotel selection. You’re close to the train station (700 m), although we took a 15 minute UBER to the airport.

Absolutely amazing stay. Didnt try out the spa but this was an amazing hotel. I believe it was a little slow so the staff upgraded me to a room that faced the lake. Breathtaking views.
