"Definitely would recommend! Clean, tidy, friendly staff, good sized rooms, and the buffet breakfast each day had a huge variety and was delicious. The Hotel is right in the centre of Fussen and you can walk to loads of restaurants for food/drink, and ofcourse there's the infamous clock shop about 50 meters away too!
Very good stay and would happily stay again."
"The staff was super nice and very helpful. They gave us a card to get around the city, directions to the Castle, places to eat, Very nice. The location is great. It sits about three blocks from the beginning of downtown five blocks to the train station and the bus where you catch a ride to the Castle. The High Castle in town is excellent and worth thetime. The breakfast was very typical for a German hotel cold cuts bread, coffee out of the machine. The convenience of breakfast was worth the €16, however the pastries at the train station were much better. Would consider staying there again when we come back to Fussen. Very much a Best Western."
"We stayed for two nights. We enjoyed the two units we rented for 5 adults and 1 child. The kitchens were well appointed and the bathrooms were spa-like!
The area is beautiful! We explored the trail behind our unit and found the Stations of the Cross, an amazing divine surprise!
Our hosts were very quick to answer any question we had, and came to help us out twice! Once we got locked out, our fault… and Kevin came to let us back in. And Raphael let us back in a day after we checked out when my son realized he left his watch behind.
Very accommodating and communicative!!"
"We had a lovely stay and hope to come again! We rented the Chalet and it was perfect for us with our two young children, very clean, quiet and spacious. The morning views were breathtaking overlooking the mountains and countryside. Check in and out was super easy. I wish we had more days in the Füssen region so we could stay at Landhaus longer."
"It was a first time to Füssen Germany. This hotel was everything we needed after four days in Munich for Oktoberfest. The pool and sauna were exceptional. The staff even provided us to go lunch for our early flight on our day of checkout. The area around the hotel was very unique and had great restaurants and gelato. I would highly recommend Hotel am Hopfensee."
"I don't like paying for parking, but there is usually free space on the streets close to Felix. Normally, I find spaces on the street perpendicular from the hotel and past Hotel Hasen. Other than that, I don't have any problems with this hotel."
