"It was our family trip. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the staff were very nice, helpful and responsive. My luggage arrived late, they updated me when I returned to the hotel on the first two days (that the luggage hadn’t arrived yet lol) and helped me contact the courier on the last day so that I could leave Zagreb with my luggage. However, my brother who was sleeping on the sofa bed in the suite had been bitten. We reported the issue, the staff changed all the beddings and pillows etc. and when the problem wasn’t resolved, they offered to change all of us to two smaller rooms. We really appreciated their hospitality and willingness to help during our stay."

"I have been to alot of European hotels and expect certain things to be different than the US, smaller rooms, smaller hotels in gereral and a few less amenities. I always book hotels with air conditioning, this air was not cold at all, the refrigerator in the room was not cold. No iron in the room, and no coffee. The cleanliness was fine and the location is good for walking. The breakfast was ok for being included. For the price I expected a few more amenities."

"Perfect location for a stay in Zagreb located within walking distance of both the city centre and the main bus station. The room was a good size with all the amenities you need. The staff were all helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good with many options to choose from. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we return for another visit to the city"
