"Such a wonderful experience at Aurora. From the staff to the service! so lovely to go right out our door & spend the day on the lake, dock & step right into a restaurant that served great food & drinks! "This was a stunning hotel right on Lake Como. Beautiful views. Breakfasts were excellent and the restaurant made beautiful meals.
There was an issue with leaking AC in our room when we arrived but it was attended to and fixed right away.
I'm not sure what VIP Access is/was so I don't know if we had that or not.
Would definitely stay again. We were surprised how well-located and how good things were considering it wasn't as expensive as soon. Great value for the cost."

They were able to accommodate us for one night of the two we reserved, and made arrangements at another Agriturismo nearby which was also very nice. Agriturismo Al Marnich was very apologetic and helpful as well as being a beautiful, clean wonderful place to stay. "
