"We have stayed in Opera 2 bedroom apartment. Apartment was very spacious and well appointed. The only issue was that our family group consisted of myself, my adult son and my adult daughter with her husband. Daughter with her husband were staying in the double bed room, but another room I expected to have 2 single beds (that what I've booked). On arrival both rooms had double beds. I have asked to separate beds in second bedroom and got the answer that it's not possible. So, I had to sleep in the same bed with my 26th years old son ( good that bed was very wide). When later I've looked under the bed, I could see clearly that it was consisted of 2 single beds connected together. I am puzzled why hotel staff would not separate those 2 beds, making 2 single beds as we asked. But it's not spoiled out stay. We have enjoyed a lot spa facility. Privilege lounge had good selection of food and drinks. Overall, hotel is a bit dated, but may be due to it, hotel has some charm and homey feeling. Would be disappointing if that hotel will be changed into those "square concrete and glass" modern monstrosities. Good value for your money."
