Whether it was arranging transport, securing reservations at popular restaurants, helping us navigate local payment systems, or simply checking in on us while we were out enjoying the city, their care was constant and reassuring.
What made this experience especially meaningful was the sense of belonging they created. Staying here felt less like being in a hotel and more like being embraced by a family. Their presence added a human warmth that elevated our entire Beijing experience, making it richer, easier, and far more memorable.
