"Staff was so nice. The hotel was gorgeous an classy. Everything was so clean. Fresh baked cookies which my kids loved and on the last day they each got a toy plush which they loved. The cleaning services daily was also amazing. They did such a good job which made our stay so comfortable. The lobby was also great downstairs to unwind and grab a cocktail. Fantastic stay. "

"The breakfast was highly rated and was the deciding factor of why we went there over some other hotels. And it was NOT good, definitely mo better than anywhere else. Our room was never cleaned and we did not put out the sign saying we didn't want that done "

"I remember staying at this hotel roughly four years ago, and then it was amazing. The staff was amazing, the room quality was perfect, no issues. This year was different. The gentleman at the front desk was not very friendly or approachable, the bathroom in our room was not tiled properly and felt like it was going to break, the fridge in the room was not great (it had dents and the freezer part of the fridge did not work), and there was mold in the windows. I hate leaving a negative review to a hotel franchise I really enjoy, but I will not be coming back here in the future."
