Breakfast was good. The view was amazing and just mins to walk to the castle. A bit cold in the room for us Vegas people but they provided an extra heater. Would definitely stay there again.

Our rooms were ready when we arrived and they allowed us to check in a little early. The rooms were clean, the rainfall shower head was awesome! Rachel at the front desk was very helpful and is an asset to the staff! She gave great recommendations and we had a lovely stay.

Excellent location. Our suite was spacious throughout. Parking was a challenge and check in directions to room could have been more helpful. Coffee maker did not work and had no directions. Distillery tour was informative and tasting was very good. Lakeside restaurant food was excellent and the staff were wonderful.

Check-in was easy, great breakfast, staff were friendly, and rooms were clean - overall itโ€™s a nice hotel. We had a ground floor room with a king and a separate sitting room with pull- out sofa. Our only complaints were the very short door to the bathroom and a toilet that needed 10 minutes between uses before we could flush it again.

Stayed for one night. The room was a good size, quiet and warm. Unfortunately the mattress was very firm and not very comfortable. The bathroom was large but the water pressure and volume of water in the shower was very weak. Breakfast dinning area was very pleasant but the breakfast quality was poor. Stayed here with my 3yr old the staff went above & beyond rooms cleaned beds made everyday whilst we went on our adventures so was nice to come back to a tidy clean room as we arrived to the hotel we were upgraded the family room which was quite big! Like a small apartment was so nice breakfast was great too! Deffentily reccomend if you're visiting inverness ๐Ÿ˜Š
