the receptionist is so not friendly and not attentive at all. she said that i have not made any booking when she is the one who did not made proper check. the check-in process is not smooth because of the receptionist lady and she is having hearing problem. it is annoying to wait for the receptionist lady to finish chatting with her friend/ bf on the phone for movie reservation before she process my check in.

We arrived around 8pm that day. The hotel is situated in a secluded area. The receptionist was kind to place parking coupon for our car. Small room but clean sheets and toilet.

pada mulanya bilik yg diberi kepada saya tak bersih sebab customer baru checkout,, tapi saya diberi bilik lain., bilik tu okay. tapi i rasa aircon macam tak berapa nak sejuk. selain itu. okay je.
