Our room was compact but very functional. Great to have the extra hang out space in the lounge area and also kitchenette with access to drinking water. I will definitely book to stay here again next time I am in Singapore.
The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. We also loved the convenient location close to the major attractions.
Still maintaining good facilities , condition after these years....kudos to the management and staffs.

Good hotel in Ipoh. Walkable or short/cheap Grab taxi ride to the old town. I appreciated staying out of the old town as it was a bit hectic there.

Staff are nice and helpful. They provide free shuttle drive you to some specified places including train station to and from hotel. The driver Uncle Addy is a helpful and humorous person. They also provide simple breakfast .
It will be perfect if the sleeping bed could be larger because they is only two single bed.

Great location
The stay was pretty decent. One of the cleanest hotels in Ipoh. Location is very strategic. Breakfast buffet was simple but nice.
Standard twin room was small but adequate for 2 pax. Overall,room is clean and comfortable.
I did notice a stain on the bedsheet.
Good for a short stay.
Receptionist was friendly and nice. Free shuttle for airport transfer 2ways. Shuttle coach to town with friendly driver. Nearby has good dimsum restaurant and many eateries.
The hotel was conveniently located, within walking distance of several good eating places. There is a good coffee shop eating place nearby. However there are no covered walkway in the neighbourhood.
Overall it was a good experience here. Check in and out was smooth. Breakfast so so only, not much choices. The only plus was they do have an egg station where you can enjoy the omelette, scrambled eggs, and half boiled eggs. Black coffee ☕ good taste. You can find eateries surrounding that area, dim sum and hawker food. Worth the stay.
Pros: bed was comfy, quiet area, could sleep well, air con worked, shower worked without any major issues, friendly staff, wifi worked ok
Cons: did not replenish sufficient toilet paper (only half roll left and no extra provided at room cleaning), needed to put in extra efforts to request for supply
The best hotel of our trip so far! Spotlessly clean room with modern furnishings - big enough for two of us with luggage to be comfortable. Super friendly and helpful staff that offered us a free early check-in at 1pm. Great location in new town (although be prepared for a bit of a hike if you're walking from the railway station). Close to markets and restaurants. We'd definitely stay again.
