"The location is good, it is clean and it is very convenient because the beach is in front of the hotel! But it doesn’t matter because the staff is terrible, they are rude, they give you support as they are making you a favor! If you are looking for a relaxing time I don't recommend it!"

"Restaurant and pool facilities were great and staff were very helpful. Hotel could do with some upgrading as it was looking poor in areas and in need of some modernisation. Our patio door didn"t lock and the safe was not secured in the wall which was a bit disconcerting. These issues did get resolved... eventually. "I booked at this location because it had apartment style units that fit my needs for this meet up with Chilean friends. But I was floored by the amazing views from the unit. Nearly the entire wall was glass, and my bedroom was a corner with stunning views from the ocean to the city. The one downside was I could get a sunburn during my afternoon siesta, but thankfully they also had an air conditioner in the unit to make up for the heat up that occurred when the sun came in.
