"Disappointing in the extreme. Noisy dirty construction works right in front of the hotel, audible throughout the interior of the hotel. Filthy stained floors, damaged paintwork, stained upholstery to chairs, and my dark little room was approximately the size and shape of a coffin, overlooking an unlovely harbour, not a beach as expected"

"The property was nice on the beach and rooms were big and clean. Only issue was lack of food near the hotel; there is one restaurant in the hotel, however you need a reservation and there’s usually only 4 tables available. I think you should always be able to eat at your own hotel restaurant. The power was also out frequently for a few hours during the day. Staff was kind and helpful"

"高額な割にはホテルのサービスは最低レベルです。朝7時に朝食ビュッフェの席予約をしても1時間待ちで、やっとレストランに入れたら、食べ物も皿もスプーンもなくて、スタッフにもってきてくれるように頼んだら、レストランでは考えられないくらい大きな音を立てて食事や食器を補充していました。 スーツケースなのに部屋に行くには十数段の階段を上らなくてはならないのに荷物を運ぶ手伝いができるほどスタッフの数は足りていませんでした。 数年前に宿泊した時に満足したから今回も利用したのに、利益優先でスタッフの数が不足してサービスがおろそかになってしまった残念なホテルでした。 二度と行かないと思います。 "

"Stayed in junior sweet for 5nights. The hotel staffs are all kind. The breakfast was awesome. The location was also great. Close to Miyako airport , you can walk to bars and restaurants.highly recommended "
