"I was very disappointed with my experience. While I have stayed at many Hilton locations around the world and have always had positive experiences, this one did not meet expectations. Communication was extremely challenging as no staff members spoke English, and instead of trying to help, one staff member argued with me. The team appeared under-trained and the overall service felt unprofessional."

"The staff and management were the worst I have experienced in 10 years of travel in Japan The amenity for the $300 a night premeire villa were non existent The private pool adjoining the villa was ICE cold No pools or jacuzzi at the all season resort were heated Breakfast Buffet was not edible Dinner was either $100 a person for a fixed menu meal with no à la carte If you are foreigner beware of going to this resort They are very unfriendly and discriminatory toward foreigner "
