"Room was super clean and staff was incredibly friendly :) the 24 hour market was super convenient for late night snacks without having to leave the hotel! Happy hour at the restaurant was delicious as well (prosciutto flatbread and brussels)!! "

"The staff were extremely helpful and kind, helping us find a preferred room despite the booking site saying they were sold out. The room was spotless and the hotel was extremely quiet. The pool was warm and clean."

"Everything is nice. Love the express check out - having a staff check out for us as we walked out the elevator. Love the free breakfast. The only complaint I have is that one morning as we were rushing to meet up with friends, some guests (the university of Hawaii female sport team) parked their cars on the exit lane at the main entrance, waiting for their students to check out and get into their vehicles. The entry lanes were also full of cars, so we were stuck there for a little while. Fortunately, one of the entry lanes got cleared up, so we got out that way. If this happens again, please direct them to wait for their students in the garage or somewhere without blocking other guests. Their strong athletes can push their suitcases to the garage like everyone else. Thank you! "
