The staff were friendly and helpful, the property and surroundings were quiet, it was nice that the property was sitting next to a very clean river. The hotel offers free transport from Kagoshima airport which made it possible for us to get there. Thank you to all the staff work there to make our stay so pleasent."

"Great hotel in a fantastic location, the steam geysers are going 24/7 which makes for a beautiful view. Hotel itself has tons to do from the Onsen to Games room. The included breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent. The Onsen is quite large with and outdoor section too. The provided pyjamas are so comfy wish I would’ve purchased some."
