Front desk staff are very helpful but the service throughout the hotel is a bit lacking We had booked three rooms but when we were shown to them none of them ready. "We found this hotel located in a beautiful place, however the property is SO outdated. Our fridge wasn’t working and despite mentioning this to reception it was ignored. The electricity was out for pretty much the whole day, no apology or any notification. The smell of the sewage was horrible in the corridor during this period. The staff were not particularly friendly or informative. The porters were nice and actually offered good advise about the area. The thermal pool was good and the view is stunning. "
