"Great location, but check-in process was stressful* I booked this property during off-season and paid over $600CAD, expecting a smooth stay. The communication with Helen beforehand was prompt, and she provided check-in instructions via email, which I appreciated since I don’t use WhatsApp while traveling. However, the self-check-in system failed on arrival. The keypad on the safe locker didn’t respond after multiple attempts, and with no 24/7 reception and no phone service on my eSIM, I had no...
