I booked a room with kitchenette and washing machine and both weren’t available. Communication was hard, even with google Translate. I understood that kitchen and washing machine were no longer provided. This made the room bad value. The first night the wifi was very spotty, but that was better the second night. All in al not a bad place, but the info on the Expedia site was wrong. .

Alles ist neue , drum alles sauber .aber Die Bilder im Internet sind, gelinde gesagt, irreführend. Die beworbenen 50 Quadratmeter entsprechen nur der Hälfte, und außerdem ist Kochen dort unmöglich. Die Fotos lassen eher auf eine Küche oder vielleicht einen Wohnbereich schließen. Und die Aussicht? Selbst ohne Fenster wäre der Unterschied minimal.

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals war sehr erfreulich. Die Umgebung ist immer noch sehr vom Erdbeben geprägt. Es wird an der Erneuerung gearbeitet, danach wird es in der Stadt hoffentlich besser und sauberer.

清潔で、サービスの充実した良いホテルです。トイレの故障にもすぐに丁寧に対応していただきました。唯一残念なのはvısaやアメックスなどのカードが使えず、現金を急遽準備しなければならないことです。致命的な欠点なので改善を望みます。

Comfortable stay

Clean new modern apartment located in the heart of Downtown. The staff at reception (day & night shift) were friendly and helpful making our stay memorable. Good knowledge of English which made communication easy. Highly recommended! Thank you guys!!!

Not like the photos

The rooms are not like the photos in the site, they are much smaller. Internet was good in one room only, very week and mot stable in the other, and mot working at all in living. My booking was for 2 Adults and 2 teenagers, and although the site said that 1+1 can accommodate us all but it hardly can accommodate 3 so they had to move me to 2+1 apartment for the first 3 nights out of my total 6 nights, after that they wanted to move me to the smaller apartment that can’t accommodate is so I had to cancel my remaining days and move out. Emre there is the only English speaking person and he’s nice and helpful They don’t accept international credit cards and you have to pay in cash Just make sure before booking that the room can accommodate your family as the photos and information on the site are totally miss leading.
