A huge shoutout to Alberto at the pool bar—he was absolutely phenomenal! Always welcoming us with a smile, remembering our favorite drinks, and keeping the good vibes going all day long. Whether it was a perfectly crafted cocktail or just a friendly conversation, Alberto made every poolside moment feel special and fun.
We also have to recognize Orlando at the Kitchen Table restaurant. His attention to detail and genuine kindness elevated every meal we had there. Orlando went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect—offering great recommendations, making sure we were taken care of, and creating such a warm, inviting dining experience.
The resort itself is beautiful, with stunning grounds, great food, and plenty to do—but it’s people like Alberto and Orlando who truly set it apart. Their dedication and hospitality made our trip memorable, and we can’t wait to return!
