"First of all ... the Resort is absolutely gorgeous! One thing I loved was the decor and all of the lighting in the lobby and the restaurants, it is just gorgeous! Our room was on the privileged side and we had a gorgeous view of the swimming pools and the ocean, it was awesome! The rooms are spacious and ours was very clean every day! The beds were very comfortable, and you can get different pillows if the brand new pillows that they are using are a little bit too fluffy for you! We tried bowling three different nights and that is super fun! There are pool tables to use, and there is a golf simulator, so if you like to be busy this place has it all! Luis, who is the Director of Guest Experience makes sure everything is next level for each and every guest! Julio, who is top a Notch Guest Concierge, checked in with us multiple times a day to make sure everything was awesome! Victor, and the Pool Concierge crew were awesome as well! I would highly suggest a visit to this resort if you’re looking for relaxation good food, gorgeous beach, and the very nicest of staff!"

"Overall was great; however, we had water/condensation and mildew leaking through the outer wall unfortunately. Very unpleasant smell throughout the entire stay. Otherwise, food and service were second to none. Highly recommend."
