Our family of 4 visited March 11-17th. This was our second trip to VDP. We have been to 8 other resorts and this resort is our favorite. It is always clean, beach is clean and perfect for swimming with little seaweed, and the rooms are amazing with lots of space and many amenities most other resorts do not have. The staff goes above and beyond and the food is excellent! We have a child with some significant food allergies. We went to Zama and got food to go for lunch every day as the bite bar was unable to prepare food for her due to space issues. Enrique and Garibaldo went above and beyond for her. Our last 4 days at breakfast, Cesar made sure her meal was ready as we walked in. Her food needs to be prepared in a separate area due to cross contamination, and Cesar and the chef made this happen! If you or a loved one has food allergies-always ask for Cesar at Caprichos. We had him 2 years ago and he did the exact same thing. He also made sure she was taken care of on his day off. We ate at all the restaurants and all were also so accommodating. We did have food allergy cards in Spanish and that really helped with any confusion. I highly recommend having them! We will definitely be back in the future!

We have stayed at the wonderful property 16 times now. We have been to other all inclusive resorts in Mexico but always find our way back here. The staff is amazing and accommodating. The beach is nice but not the white sands of other places we have visited. They work hard to keep it clean and cleared of any seaweed. Pools can get crowded at times, so get down early to get the best seats!

The rooms were beautiful and very clean. The staff were kind and helpful. We recommend staying at this resort.

C’est en effet un bel endroit, et nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet hôtel ainsi que les installations. C’est plutôt la plage que j’ai trouvée moyennement propre. Ce serait vraiment super si le personnel nettoyait les plages, au moins une partie des algues. Nous avons même vu des excréments dans la mer, ce qui m’a dégoûtée.

Excellent service from every one we interacted with! . , Grounds were really well maintained and had a tropical vibe to them. Pools were incredible! Food was incredible! Lots of great restaurants to pick from on site. Beach was really nice too! Definitely do the activities… kayaking…. Snorkeling… jet skis… fishing… So much fun!
