"The Hotel was beautiful, rooms were very spacious, clean, and, decorated nicely, staff was great, for the most part…however one of the cooks, in the middle food station at the main lobby pool, was always annoyed anytime guest tried to order food. He would also not come out of the kitchen or acknowledge guest standing there waiting to give their orders until he felt like it (which was very off putting). The thermostats in the room are not adjustable. My room was quiet, but on the beach side some guests complained of excess noise. The taxis are quite expensive and uber service is extremely limited. "We have traveled to Cancun numerous times and this time was the absolute best! Best customer service, all staff friendly and amazing! Donovan at Zen was the best manager so helpful and accommodating. Food was good at all restaurants, drinks were great all around! Rooms were very clean, the beach was maintained perfectly! The kids loved the basketball court and raved about room service! VIP experience created a more private experience! Would definitely stay here again!! "

"Had a great stay here, and the staff is amazing. The resort property is beautifully maintained, from the perfectly cut grass, to the pristine pools. The staff was extremely friendly and constantly on the move keeping the resort clean and comfortable. When booking on Expedia, double check that you’re not just booking a room. Found out a week before our trip that we didn’t book the “All Inclusive” but we were able to purchase the package thankfully. "

"Been traveling and bouncing from hotel to hotel Wanted to get a house as we are a big family of 7 so we can all be together . Frist off the pictures are outdated those are from when the place was just open the outside look horible and dangers.the house inside is not that bad just need a good actual deep clean and a couple touch ups and replacements especially the shower head and the windows springs as they are alot of mosquitos . Would not recommend unless your use to water bug roaches and...

"The property is ok, only problem is that the glass door on our balcony would not open and so we left it alone because we did not want it to get any damage also would love if there was more décor. However lovely hotel and I would recommend others to try it as well. "

"Quiet location with awesome beach!!Staff was helpful and pleasant..we walked to nice food store 10min away and got all we needed plus pastries. Several restaurants within 15minwalk to the left and right of hotel..just ask front desk what you're looking for..or just stay at hotel restaurants.
