The room needed improvement. The toilet was broken and after requesting it to be fixed, it had not been fixed before we left
The room also smelled like gas from the sewer
We were surprised by the various levels of amenities that were not included in our stay
There was a tier system that we were unaware of and therefore could not use all the amenities in the resort

The room was in okay condition. I didn’t have a blow dryer and the iron I had to iron my clothes was in poor condition. When I called guest services they took 4 hours to bring to me after calling multiple times.

Excellent staff, room was clean and maintained during our stay.
The evening restaurants can be tricky as they close for weddings, and don't take reservations - first come first serve. Which means wait times can be over an hour to get a table.
Evening events were amazing, the fire show, the beach night movies, the evening music - something different each night in the lobby with a mixology bar.

The rooms are nice, and the food is excellent here. However, the staff is what makes this resort shine. We've stayed here twice and both times the excellent staff members have made the stay memorable and enjoyable!
