We loved the food, beach, and staff! The only downfall was the bumping music every single night right outside our room for weddings.

My family had a great time at this property. The beach was beautiful with crystal blue water. Lots of activities to keep our kids entertained.

The staff was very attentive to needs, they were always willing to reach out to offer assistance and provide support during your stay. No matter where you are at on the property, there is an enjoyable view. There are a lot of dining options some are better than others, all inclusive resorts are good on conscience but food could improve- would like to see more frozen beverage options for non-alcohol drinkers at pool bars that are fruit based. We did enjoy our stay! We will surely be back to Mexico!

For the price I paid, I expected more. The food and service were not great and the rooms were average. Food is very Americanized and restaurants close during certain hours. Would not stay here again.

Just returned from a 6 day stay at Dreams Playa Mujeres, and would highly recommend to everyone. Staff was very attentive, food in the specialty restaurants was outstanding, our room was large and always kept clean by housekeeping. Really enjoyed our stay.
