"I would say overall the resort has all that you are looking for either for Adults only or families. Good: Playground and Water park, good room service and menu, minibar with a lot of options. Bad: mosquitos, poor service (I was all the time running after waiters to ask for drinks or something else) Water Park hours just until 5:30 PM. They said no reservations and there was a waiting list and empty tables, poor kids activities, spa policies. Improve: more food options. Welcome to the hotel"

"Beautiful beach. Great location. Rich was great and accommodating to all our needs. The entire staff team was also great and accommodating. Would definitely stay longer next time."
