"Clean rooms, uncoordinated staff, terrible check in process, all 20 of us arrived at different times and all had issues checking in, it took over an hour. Rooms were not ready at 3 and some had to settle with other types of room since the originally booked wasnt ready. Golf carts not always available, buffet food was borderline ok, not suited for big group: impossible to get a reservation for large group even with help from butler. Butler Claudio was professional, very personable and tried his best."

"My wife and I had a great stay at Ocean Allure Costa Mujeres. We didn't realize it was a newer resort when we booked, but it definitely shows. Everything felt fresh, modern, and very well maintained. The lobby made a great first impression with its huge open entrance, high ceilings, beautiful artwork, and modern design. Our room was incredibly spacious, spotless, and had a large balcony. The bathroom was just as impressive, especially the jet tub. There were plenty of pools and bars throughout the resort, so finding a place to relax was never a problem. The food was very good with several restaurants to choose from. Our favorite was the French restaurant. We also enjoyed the entertainment, including the nightly shows, bowling, theater, and nightclub. There was always something to do. During our trip we visited Rio Secreto and Xcaret, which were both worth spending a day on. Unfortunately, we ran out of time to visit Isla Mujeres, so that's on our list for next time. Just check the right season. Overall, this was a beautiful adults-only resort with great food, spacious rooms, lots of activities, and a relaxing atmosphere. We had an amazing vacation and would definitely return."

"My husband and I visited here in summer 2020 a year after it opened. We decided to come back May 2026 for our anniversary. Overall, we had a nice experience since we've been dying to get away from work/kids/life. Our butlers were attentive as well as the restaurant / bar staff. The food at the resort restaurants was pretty tasty and they offered a wide variety. Our junior suite ocean facing was excellent. Clean and the views were amazing. The beach was not crowded and it was easy to access the water. The main TRS pool was festive with guests, drinks , music and activities! Their spa massage and hydrotherapy experience really exceeded our expectations. Make sure to get the 2 for 1 deal. The spa / gym facilities were great and worth the money. The only drawbacks to mention were 1) the check-in process...extremely drawn out with constant pressure to buy upgraded rooms 2) in the lobby, outside restaurant, etc. pressure from staff to buy spa passes 3) The Chic cabaret dancers were so talented and excellent entertainers, however, the dinner provided left much to be desired. 4) lastly, the resort alcoholic beverages had to be watered down. Thankfully we bought our own bottle at duty free at the airport. Overall a great stay and I would recommend to others"

"Best vacation ever. The staff is so friendly. The excellence club perks are amazing especially the two story terrace view private pool room overlooking the ocean along with the premium food and beverage upgrades. This was my 6th time visiting an excellence brand hotel and I will keep coming back"

"This resort is amazing. The restaurants were so good and the staff were very attentive and friendly. We had a couples massage and hydrotherapy. The spa was really good as well. We will definitely be back. The beach was beautiful and it never felt crowded."

"The property was clean and the staff was very nice, however, my room smelled like mildew, the food and drinks were 4 out of 10. No seasonings were included or provided with the food. The steakhouse on the property had no AC. The drinks were okay."
