"My sister and I recenty stayed here for 5 days. Upon checking in, we had made an error in our booking, but they were quick to help us figure out the situation. We paid for an all-inclusive stay. It was a surprise to us that the mini bar was stocked once a day and that the food and drinks were rationed. We wanted 2 bags of chips, but we were told that only one bag was allowed. The room itself was gorgeous and super clean! The beach was beautiful! We did have to get up quite early to get chairs. The good chairs fill up fast. The only downfall is that the chairs are not that close to the water, so there is no breeze. It is possible to rent chairs next door for $500 pesos. These chairs are super close to the water and the breeze makes it more comfortable. Breakfast and desserts are amazing at the Beach Club restaurant! The rest of the food was ok. While I found this resort to live up to my expectations, I was discourged that "white peoples" money was worth more that us "brown people." Given that we were in Mexico, I was really turned off by the passiveness of this...will I return, yes because the waiters are amazing and friendly. They also deserve to be tipped!"

"Best stay! The hotel was very clean, welcoming, and the staff truly went above and beyond. Even though it was a short stay, it was a memorable one. Our butler, Sahid, was amazing, very attentive, helpful, and always made sure we had everything we needed. We had dinner at Bocados, Hiroshi, and Gourmet Hall, and every restaurant was excellent. The atmosphere throughout the resort was calm, relaxing, and very family-friendly. This is a truly beautiful resort, and we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!"
