Place was very nice and clean. Staff service was excellent. Beach is right across and have a lounge area to hang out Unfortunately is in a location that is very loud until the wee hours of the night

Is a great location, the atuff super Friendly , the room comfortable.. but definitely needs an up date... is sad that such great place the livingroom for example looks abandoned kind of scary and durty

There's a club right next to it, so be ready not to sleep much. Our room door wouldn't stay shut without locking it and the fans in the lobby didn't work. The front desk receptionist, Claudette was very, very nice and helpful! If it wasn't for the club noise, the location is great.

This place is not good, their advertising is misleading, is not beachfront, the beach is across the street, the room that we had is old, super old, electrical wires are hanging on the wall, mold in tje bathroom and room, bugs, bed is super hard, the ac barely works and the ceiling fan doesn’t work at all, not worth the money, I would not recommend this place at all, the only good thing is the staff is nice and do what they can to help.

Hotel room in very bad condition - shabby, dirty and bugs. Bad/no service at hotel. Extremely loud noise and music all night - got no sleep during the stay. Checked out 2 days before we had to.

Las instalaciones en general muy deterioradas, nada que ver a lo que muestran en la pagina, lo peor de todo no dormimos ya que desde las 8 pm y hasta las 5am el antro o bar que esta enseguida con la musica a todo volumen. Tengan mucho cuidado con las atenciones que te ofrecen en el bar barba Rosa ya que cuando llegas te preguntan solamente si estás hospedado puesto que ya te incluye el desayuno continental te llevas la gran sorpresa que te estan cobrando el desayuno continental de la carta, lo que se hace una falta de respeto. En general esta equis el lugar NO vuelvo, la atencion de los chicos de recepcion excelente trato Osvaldo y Julio

Hola muy mal , el coral está al lado de una discoteque , que abre a las 8:00 pm y cierra a la 5:00 pm , es el after party de holbox. Cabalas muy viejas , sin mantenimiento . No hay toallas suficientes para la playa. No es cierto que están frente al mar , hay que cruzar un club de playa Para llegar al Mar y si lo usas hay que consumir , para que té buen trato . Mi estandía fue de tres noches.tres noches que no dormí. Muy caro , para las carencias y antigüedad del hotel . Quedo a sus órdenes +523331960125

Las cabañas están bien ubicadas, fácil acceso a la playa, restaurantes, bares y relativamente cerca a la plaza principal. La habitación es espaciosa y sencilla, la cama cómoda. Nos hubiese gustado q tuviera un refrigerator o nevera pequeña. El bar enseguida colocaba su música a muy alto volumen hasta dos y tres de la mañana lo cual fue algo incómodo. A ratos no había agua (creo q es un problema general de la isla). La atención de Ana, en la recepción fue buena al igual q la limpieza de la habitación por Israel. Las playas de Holbox son encantadoras y los atardeceres espectaculares. Como fuimos en Febrero no tuvimos la oportunidad de ver el tiburón ballena ni los flamingos rosados. En general la isla está muy cambiada. Nosotros fuimos en el 2014. Ahora hay sobrepoblaciom de taxis y turistas. Personalmente creemos q la isla no tiene la infraestructura suficiente para la demanda q hay en estos momentos. Nos comentaban los locales que eventualmente las playas se van a privatizar, no que sus muy lamentable. Igual recomendamos que la conozcan, la visiten. Tiene restaurantes y bares muy buenos con comida variada ☺️
