Everyone knew you by name and went above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. Being all inclusive we were hesitant on how it would be. "I loved this hotel and the location. The hotel itself was clean and beautiful. The location was perfect for our needs. The beach in front of the hotel is absolutely beautiful but not swimmable. North beach is just a 10 - 15 minute walk. We did not rent a cart and could easily walk to everything on the north side of the island. Room was spacious, staff was friendly, bed was very comfortable. My husband had a very good deep tissue massage at the spa. No complaints. Can't wait to return!"
