area. The food was good and the staff were friendly/helpful. The hotel offered rides into the small town it’s connected too which was perfect for us because we have family in the town. "

bar were very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the front desk stuff was not the most helpful and had a bad, rude attitude. Starting with being in the line (for both check-in and check-out) and openly being skipped by the front desk staff and letting other customers go in front of me. Then, charging almost $6,000 mx pesos to add a person to my room for only 1 night! Finally, I still had hope for the front desk staff...

"I loved our trip here. We really enjoyed the private

and the pools. One thing i didn't appreciate is that some staff told us we had to pay for wifi and on our last day another staff said oh no its free. So while we enjoyed being unplugged it was hard to keep in touch with family & work. Also i didn't really like the food, i would've enjoyed more variety and FANS, please install fans for the heat and for the flies. The night entertainment was amazing just needed some fans for that heat....
